Obesity  What are the reasons?

 After many days, two old girlfriends have been seen in the shopping mall.  One said, "Why is your body so bad?" The other was surprised!  He said, “What do you say?  I'm tired! ”  The first girlfriend laughed and said, “That's what I'm saying.  Does poor health mean just getting dry? ”Talking about obesity!

 What is obesity?

 Let's get to the real word without making the story too long.  Obese body or obesity but actually a kind of illness.  Your BMI  If you're over 30, you're in for a treat.  Obese body does not mean strong body but obese person is more likely to get any disease.

    What are the causes of obesity?

 The causes of obesity are various.  People who consume extra sugars, fats or non-vegetarian foods or do not exercise or work less indoors or outdoors, gain weight faster.  As a result weight gain increases very fast.

 

 Some people become overweight because of genes or hormones.  For some psychological reason, some people get fat at some point in their lives.  Many people become obese due to side effects of taking drugs.  The trend of eating junk food has increased in the society lately.  As a result, a large proportion of adolescents are obese.  If parents knew exactly how terrible the consequences could be, they would not forget to feed their children that slow poison.

 One more interesting thing to note.  People who are a little overweight have a higher need for food (much like a big car that consumes more fuel).  Those who eat more to meet the need for food, their body fat accumulates more.  It's like an inseparable cycle!  Some people do not have much fat, but the body is fat and heavy.

 The fat body was once considered a symbol of wealth or nobility.  Various scientific studies and analysis of the results obtained show that obesity has no benefit;  Rather, it gradually leads people to death.  Obesity is a major cause of heart disease, insomnia, diabetes (type-2), certain cancers, arthritis, etc.  Obese body reduces beauty, reduces body performance.  So control your weight as much as possible, live a healthy and happy life.
